Term & Conditions
- All reservations picked up between 12am and 5am are subject to $15 late night fee.
- All reservations that originate from outside of the Jacksonville - Camp Lejeune area requires a credit/debit card to secure the reservation.
- Credits are issued in 5-7 business days from cancellation.
- Reservations cancelled have a minimum cancellation fee of $7.00 per reservation. cancellations with less than 4hrs prior to pick-up time are charged half the fare of service, up to (2) hour prior to pick-up time. Cancellations with less than (2) hour, cancellation on the curb, or not showing up upon scheduled pick up or arrival time are charged full fare.
- Passengers are required by law to supply appropriate car seat for children.
- Shared Ride/Private service rates do not include gratuity to driver.
- Not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items in vehicles.
- All pets must be in pet carrier.
- Private Charter Service requires cancellations to be made 48 hours prior to event.
- No Smoking inside vehicle.
- No Alcohol is to be consumed by anyone under 21 years of age.
